Another tight game between the two most professional side of OCL. PCC batsmen Roy was retired hurt during the 18th over into the batting innings when he twisted his knee while play a shot. Badri who played for Beaverton Club in the previous year had opened the innings for PCC this year and provided a solid opening. He has involved in three big partnership. But Badri's efforts were countered by Beaverton Tigers Captain Vikranth who led from the front with 2 cathes and three runouts behind the stumps and followed up with match winning knock of 42.From the start of the innings Beaverton Tigers were always ahead of PCC in over to over comparison. Although there was a bit of pannick when BTC lost both Vikranth and Vijay Sundaresan in quick succession, Varun Juneja as usual steadied the ship and saw to it there was no stumble this time and stayed till the end.]
